The concept of the foreland Hlávkov Bridge building plan arises from the consideration to initiate the building on the vacant lands that are not standard estates and therefore they are not of any interest to developers or city administration. There is a necessity to prepare the assignment for communication with the municipal authorities and subsequently to search for a suitable investor. It is a research of estates seemingly unsuitable for building in the centre of the city that may offer unexpected potential as has already been shown in this specific project. Densification of the city in its focal areas strengthens its identity and city character.
