we were lucky to save the house, because ten years after, we see it’s importence to maintain the quality of genius loci and the scale of the surroundings, wich changed enormously. although the site is situated right
on the border of Horsky Park, the finest greenery at the city, surrounding became devastating by new developments of family houses. the locality was closed since the socialist time. reconstructed house is used as a small alternative kindergarden with the small flat on the top.
