The house is situated in central area of the town, close to Horsky park. It is in quiet street and is surrounding by the nice garden. The task was the adaptation of the original historical villa with sculptor's studio for the new customer: family with two small kids. The main conclusion was to open the living space to the garden side and the underground level to the street side (for cars) – to make new connections with the surroundings, which they missed in the old house.
And then adaptations of the interior: renovations of the wooden windows from 30's and surfaces of the original elements (marble stairs, oak floors etc.). insert upper bathroom and rebuilding the underground - build in garage and storages. we decided to reconstruct steel frames studio window vewing the street to keep up the original atmosphere.
